不合格压片颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚的提取及生产实施

Extraction of paracetamol from the unqualified granule for tabletting and its production implementation

摘要: 通过对不合格对乙酰氨基酚压片颗粒中各组分理化性质的分析,设计并优化了提取工艺路线。用95%乙醇在40~50 ℃溶解样品30 min,冷至20 ℃,抽滤。滤液浓缩后,用去离子水溶解、脱色、趁热抽滤,滤液冷至室温、抽滤、干燥,得到对乙酰氨基酚。用此工艺进行生产实施,回收率可达89%以上,可获得可观的经济效益并可避免环境污染。

Abstract: An extraction technology was developed and optimized through physical and chemical properties analysis on each component in unqualified granule for the press of paracetamol tablet. Sample was dissolved in 95% ethanol at 40—50 ℃ for 30 minutes,the suspension was cooled to 20℃ and filtered,the concentratedfiltrate was dissolved in deionized water,decolored and vacuum filtered while hot,then the filtrate was cooled to room temperature,paracetamol was extracted after vacuum filtering and drying. Production implementationwith this extraction technology can be more than 89%,with considerable economic benefit and no environmental pollution associated.
